A quick status page for the outage server, so there’s a reliable place to post the current state of the migration while the main forum is unavailable.
Temporary outage
We’re moving Iwaku to a new system.
The main site is expected to be offline for about one to two hours while data is migrated. This page exists so nobody has to wonder whether the forum exploded.
The important part: all site content will be preserved. Stories, threads, messages, profiles, and account data are all being carried over safely.
If you want updates, somewhere to lurk, or a traditional suspect for the inconvenience, hop into Discord and blame the owl.

Where to wait
Discord is the best place for live updates, downtime chatter, and assigning highly scientific blame to the owl.
While you wait: Owl vs. Spam Bots
The outage is temporary, but the spambots and bridge trolls never rest. So naturally, the owl has been armed with moon-bolts and left to defend the archives.
How to play: move with W/S or the arrow keys. On touch devices, drag inside the game area or use the on-screen up/down buttons. The barn owl auto-fires, so your only job is to dodge, endure, and absolutely style on the trolls.
